Time Commitment, Available Resources and Honor Code

Time Commitment

  • Students who sign up for the workshops must be committed to attend each session and are allowed fewer than 2 absences
  • Students must be willing to spend 3-4 hours outside after each workshop to complete the required assignments
  • In the research phase, students must be committed to work 10 hours a week including 2 hours during the team meetings

Available Resources

  • Students will have assistance and support from the graduate teaching assistant and project directors during both phases of the project
  • Students will have access to a research lab during the research phase

Honor Code

  • Students should do their own work, copying other student’s work is considered plagiarism
  • Student should keep track of the time they spend in the project and put in the work they are expected of just as in any on-campus job
